In short: Slide Puzzle ("the App") is free and supported by ads, with a single optional purchase that removes them. The puzzles themselves need no network connection, your records stay on your device, and no account is required. The App shows ads through Unity Ads (Unity Technologies), so it connects to the internet to load them, and the advertising service may collect certain data as described below.
None. Our team runs no server of its own, the App has no user accounts, and we do not collect, transmit, or store your personal information. Your game records never leave your device. The only data processing related to the App is performed by Unity Ads for advertising, as described in section 4.
When you use Photo mode, you choose a photo from your library through the system photo picker. The selected image is used only on your device to cut the puzzle pieces and is shown only inside the app while you play. It is never uploaded, stored on any server, or shared with us or any third party. The app requests no access to your full photo library.
Your best number of moves and your best times, kept separately for each board size and mode, are saved only on your device (in the app's storage) so you can track your records. The app also keeps a simple count of how many puzzles you have solved, which is used to decide when to show a full-screen ad. This information stays on your device, is never sent to us or to any server, and is removed when you delete the app.
The app displays ads using Unity Ads, a service operated by Unity Technologies: a small banner under the puzzle board, plus one full-screen ad after every third puzzle you solve. There are no rewarded ads. To serve, measure, and (where permitted) personalize ads, Unity and its partners may collect and process data such as:
Ads may be personalized based on this data. If you do not allow tracking (see section 5), you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized. Unity acts as an independent controller of the data it collects for advertising; we do not receive this data.
The app also offers a single one-time purchase, "Remove Ads". Once it is active, the app stops requesting advertising entirely, so the advertising service receives nothing further from the app. The purchase itself is handled entirely by Apple's App Store: we never see your payment details, and only a simple "purchased or not" flag is kept on your device (the app confirms it with the App Store).
On iOS, the app uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. On first launch it asks for your permission before tracking you or accessing your device's advertising identifier for personalized ads. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", the app still works and you will continue to see ads, but they will be non-personalized. You can change this choice at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
The app is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the app shows ads, we recommend that a guardian supervise younger players.
