Memory Match ("the App") respects your privacy. This policy explains how the App handles information. In short: the App itself does not collect personal information, and your game data and photos stay on your device. The App shows ads through Unity Ads, which may collect certain data as described below. 「神経衰弱」（以下、本アプリ）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重します。本ポリシーは、本アプリが情報をどのように扱うかを説明します。要点：本アプリ自体は個人情報を収集せず、ゲームのデータや写真は端末内に保存されます。一方で、本アプリは Unity Ads による広告を表示し、Unity が以下に記載のデータを収集する場合があります。
The App itself does not ask you to register, and has no user accounts. It does not collect your name, email, or contacts. However, the App displays ads via Unity Ads, a third-party advertising service run by Unity Technologies. To serve and measure ads, Unity may collect device and usage information such as an advertising identifier (IDFA), coarse location derived from your IP address, device information, and how you interact with the ads. When you create an original card set, the photos you choose are stored only on your device. They are never uploaded to any server. The App only reads the specific photos you select; it does not access your whole photo library. オリジナルのカードセットを作成する際に選んだ写真は、お使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。外部のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。本アプリは、あなたが選んだ写真だけを読み込み、写真ライブラリ全体にアクセスすることはありません。
Best records and settings are stored only on your device. Deleting the App removes this data completely. ベスト記録や設定は、お使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。アプリを削除すると、これらのデータは完全に消去されます。
The App uses Unity Ads to display a banner and, after every third board you clear, a full-screen ad. Showing them requires a network connection. Unity may use an advertising identifier, coarse location derived from your IP address, device information and your interaction with the ads to deliver and measure them, and this data may be used to track you across other companies' apps and websites. On first launch the App asks, via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT), whether you allow tracking; if you decline, ads still appear but are non-personalized. You can change this anytime in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. The App offers one optional one-time purchase that removes the banner and the full-screen ads; once it is active, the advertising SDK is not used at all. You will find it, together with "Restore purchase", on the size-select screen. The purchase is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store — we receive no payment details, and no name, address or card information is sent to us. Whether the purchase is active is stored on your device, and "Restore purchase" asks the App Store to check it again, for example on a new device. 本アプリには、バナーと全画面広告を消す買い切りのアプリ内課金が1つだけあります（任意）。購入後は広告SDK自体を使用しません。購入と「購入を復元」は、サイズ選択画面にあります。決済はすべて Apple が App Store 上で処理し、私たちが支払い情報を受け取ることはありません。氏名・住所・カード情報が私たちに送られることもありません。購入済みかどうかは端末内に保存され、「購入を復元」で App Store に確認し直せます（機種変更時など）。
The App is not directed to children under 13 and is not part of the Kids Category. Because it shows third-party ads (Unity Ads), parents should be aware that the advertising service may collect data as described above. 本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを対象とするものではなく、キッズカテゴリには該当しません。第三者広告(Unity Ads)を表示するため、上記のとおり広告サービスがデータを収集する場合がある点に保護者の方はご留意ください。
