Lucky Draw ("the App") respects your privacy. This policy explains how the App handles information. In short: the names and settings you enter never leave your device, and the internet is used only to load ads and, if you buy it, to handle the one-time purchase that removes them. 「みんなで抽選」（以下、本アプリ）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重します。本ポリシーは、本アプリが情報をどのように扱うかを説明します。要点：入力した名前や設定が端末の外に出ることはなく、通信は広告の読み込みと、広告を消す買い切り購入をされた場合のその手続きにのみ使用されます。
Names and group settings you enter are stored only on your device. They are never uploaded to any server. Deleting the App removes this data completely. 入力した名前やグループ設定は、お使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。外部のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。アプリを削除すると、これらのデータは完全に消去されます。
To keep the App free, it displays ads using Unity Ads, a service operated by Unity Technologies: a small banner at the bottom of the screen, plus one full-screen ad after every fifth draw. Ads may be personalized based on this data. On iOS the App shows Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, and your answer is passed to Unity Ads. If you decline, ads are still shown but are non-personalized; you can change your choice at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Unity acts as an independent controller of the data it collects for advertising; we do not receive this data. The App offers one one-time purchase that removes the ads. The purchase and the "Restore purchase" button are handled entirely by Apple's App Store; we never see or store your payment details, and the App only reads whether the purchase is active on your Apple Account. Once the ads are off, the App no longer loads them. 本アプリには、広告を消す買い切り購入がひとつだけあります。購入と「購入を復元」の処理はすべて Apple の App Store が行い、運営チームが支払い情報を見たり保存したりすることはありません。本アプリが読み取るのは、その購入が Apple アカウントで有効かどうかだけです。広告を消したあとは、広告の読み込みも行いません。
Other than ad serving by Unity Ads and, if you buy it, the purchase handled by Apple — both described above — the App shares no information with third parties. The App itself has no accounts, no analytics of its own, and never uploads the names you enter. 上記の Unity Ads による広告配信と、購入された場合に Apple が行う課金処理を除き、本アプリが第三者に情報を提供することはありません。アプリ自体にアカウント機能や独自の分析はなく、入力された名前が送信されることもありません。
We collect no data from anyone, including children, and the App has no accounts. Because it does show ads, and the advertising service collects the data described in section 2, we recommend that a guardian supervise younger users. 運営チームは、子どもを含めいかなる利用者からもデータを収集しません。アカウント機能もありません。ただし本アプリは広告を表示し、広告サービスは第2項に記載のデータを収集するため、小さなお子様がご利用になる際は保護者の方の見守りをおすすめします。
