Thank you for using Spin Decider (the “App”). This policy explains how the App handles your information. In short: we run no server and do not collect your personal information, and the roulettes you create stay on your device. The App shows ads through Unity Ads (Unity Technologies), and the advertising service may collect certain data as described below. A one-time in-app purchase removes those ads. Please read this policy together with the documents linked in section 3.
1. Data stored on your device (not collected by us)
We do not collect any personal data. The App has no account system, no login, and no servers of our own. Everything you create — your roulettes, choices, weights, and result history — is saved only on your device and is never sent to us. Deleting the App removes all of it from your device.
2. Network use
The roulette itself does not need a network connection. You can add choices, spin the wheel, and look back at your history in airplane mode, and no sign-up is required. The App connects to the internet only to load and measure the ads described below.
3. Advertising (Unity Ads)
The App is free, and ads are what pay for it. They are kept light: a small banner at the bottom of the screen, plus one full-screen ad after every tenth spin. A full-screen ad is never shown while the wheel is spinning — only after a result has been decided. Rewarded (watch-to-earn) ads are not used. A one-time in-app purchase (“Remove ads”) stops both; once it is active, no ad is requested at all, so nothing described below is sent from that device any more.
Ads are delivered by Unity Ads, a service operated by Unity Technologies. To serve, measure, and (where permitted) personalize ads, Unity and its partners may collect and process data such as:
- Advertising identifiers (such as IDFA on iOS) and device identifiers.
- Usage data and interactions with ads (for example, ads viewed or tapped).
- Coarse, approximate location derived from your IP address (not precise GPS location).
- Diagnostic and technical data such as device type, operating system, and crash or performance information.
Ads may be personalized based on this data. If you do not allow tracking (see section 4), you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized. Unity acts as an independent controller of the data it collects for advertising; we do not receive this data. For details on how Unity handles data, please see:
3-2. The “Remove ads” purchase
The App offers one optional in-app purchase, “Remove ads”: a one-time payment that stops the banner and the full-screen ads. Nothing else is sold — every feature, including weights, avoid-repeat, multiple roulettes and history, is available without paying.
The purchase is handled entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details and receive no personal information from it. Whether you own it is checked with Apple’s StoreKit on your device; we keep no record of it on a server, because we have none. Use Restore purchase on the home screen to bring it back on a new device signed in with the same Apple Account.
4. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)
On iOS, the App uses Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework. Shortly after launch, the App asks for your permission before tracking you or accessing your device’s advertising identifier for personalized ads. If you decline, the App still works in full and you will continue to see ads, but they will be non-personalized. You can change this choice at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, and you can reset your advertising identifier in Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising.
5. Children’s privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App shows ads, we recommend that a guardian supervise younger users.
6. Your rights and choices
- Your roulettes, weights and history live only on your device, so you are in full control. Deleting the App, or clearing its data, removes everything. There is nothing for us to delete on a server because we never receive your data.
- You can decline personalized ads through the App Tracking Transparency prompt, or later in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- You can spin offline; the roulette itself does not require a network connection, which is used only to load ads.
- You can remove the ads with the one-time purchase on the home screen. Once it is active, no ad is requested, so the advertising data in section 3 is no longer sent.
7. Information we collect directly
None. We operate no server, there are no user accounts, and we do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal information. The only data processing related to the App is performed by Unity Ads for advertising, as described above, and by Apple when you make the “Remove ads” purchase.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “Last updated” date.

決めルーレット（以下「本アプリ」）をご利用いただきありがとうございます。本ポリシーは、本アプリが利用者の情報をどのように扱うかを説明します。要点は、運営チームはサーバーを一切運用しておらず、利用者の個人情報を収集しません。作成したルーレットは端末内に保存されます。本アプリは Unity Technologies が提供する Unity Ads を通じて広告を表示し、その際は広告サービスが以下に記載する一部のデータを収集することがあります。買い切りのアプリ内課金ひとつで、その広告を消すこともできます。本ポリシーは、第3項にリンクした文書とあわせてお読みください。
1. 端末内に保存されるデータ（運営チームが収集するものではありません）
運営チームは個人データを一切収集しません。 本アプリにはアカウント機能・ログイン・独自サーバーがありません。作成したルーレット・項目・重み・結果履歴などはすべて端末内にのみ保存され、運営チームに送信されることはありません。アプリを削除すると、これらのデータは端末から消去されます。
2. 通信について
ルーレット自体はネットワーク接続を必要としません。項目の追加、盤を回すこと、履歴の閲覧は機内モードでも行えますし、登録も不要です。本アプリが通信するのは、下記の広告の読み込みと効果測定のときだけです。
3. 広告について（Unity Ads）
本アプリは無料で、その費用を広告でまかなっています。表示は控えめにしてあります。画面下の小さなバナーと、10回回すごとに全画面広告を1回だけです。回転中に全画面広告が割り込むことはなく、結果が決まったあとにのみ表示されます。リワード広告（動画を見て報酬を得るもの）はありません。買い切りの「広告を消す」をご購入いただくと、どちらの広告も表示されなくなり、以後その端末から広告の読み込み自体を行いません（＝以下のデータが送られることもありません）。
広告は Unity Technologies が提供する広告サービス Unity Ads が配信します。広告の配信・効果測定・（許可された場合の）パーソナライズのために、Unity およびそのパートナーは次のようなデータを収集・処理することがあります。
- 広告識別子（iOS の IDFA など）および端末識別子。
- 利用状況や広告との接触（表示・タップした広告など）。
- IP アドレスから推定される、おおまかな位置情報（正確な GPS 位置ではありません）。
- 端末の種類・OS、クラッシュやパフォーマンス情報といった診断・技術データ。
広告はこれらのデータに基づいてパーソナライズされる場合があります。トラッキングを許可しない場合（第4項参照）でも広告は表示されますが、その広告は非パーソナライズ広告になります。広告のために収集されるデータについては Unity が独立した管理者として取り扱い、運営チームがそのデータを受け取ることはありません。Unity によるデータの取り扱いの詳細は以下をご覧ください。
3-2. 買い切りの「広告を消す」について
本アプリには、買い切りの「広告を消す」というアプリ内課金が1つだけあります。一度お支払いいただくと、バナーと全画面広告が表示されなくなります。ほかに販売しているものはなく、重み付け・連続回避・複数ルーレット・履歴などの機能は、お支払いなしですべてご利用いただけます。
お支払いはすべて Apple が処理します。運営チームが決済情報を見ることはなく、購入によって個人情報を受け取ることもありません。購入済みかどうかは端末上の StoreKit で Apple に確認しており、運営チームのサーバーに記録することはありません（そもそもサーバーがありません）。同じ Apple アカウントの別の端末では、ホーム画面の「購入を復元」で戻せます。
4. App Tracking Transparency（iOS）
iOS では、本アプリは Apple の App Tracking Transparency の仕組みを使用します。起動して少し経ったところで、トラッキングや、パーソナライズ広告のための広告識別子へのアクセスを行う前に許可を求めます。拒否してもアプリの機能はすべてご利用いただけ、引き続き広告は表示されますが、非パーソナライズ広告になります。この選択は 設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキング でいつでも変更でき、設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > Apple広告 では広告識別子をリセットできます。
5. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満（またはお住まいの国で定められる相応の最低年齢未満）の子どもを対象としていません。運営チームが子どもの個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。本アプリは広告を表示するため、小さなお子様がご利用になる際は保護者の方の見守りをおすすめします。
6. 利用者の権利と選択肢
- ルーレット・重み・履歴は端末内にのみ存在するため、すべて利用者の管理下にあります。アプリの削除、またはデータの消去で、すべてが削除されます。運営チームはデータを受け取らないため、サーバー側で削除すべきものはありません。
- App Tracking Transparency の確認画面、または 設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキング で、パーソナライズ広告を拒否できます。
- オフラインでも回せます。ルーレット自体はネットワーク接続を必要とせず、通信は広告の読み込みにのみ使われます。
- ホーム画面の買い切り「広告を消す」で広告を消せます。購入後は広告の読み込み自体を行わないため、第3項の広告データが送られることもなくなります。
7. 運営チームが直接収集する情報
ありません。運営チームはサーバーを運用しておらず、ユーザーアカウントもなく、利用者の個人情報を収集・送信・保存しません。本アプリに関連するデータ処理は、上記のとおり広告のために Unity Ads が行うものと、「広告を消す」をご購入いただいた際に Apple が行うものに限られます。

本ポリシーは随時更新する場合があります。重要な変更は、本ページの「最終更新日」を更新して反映します。
