Gear Puzzle ("the App") is a single-player puzzle game. We run no server of our own for the App and we do not collect your personal information. Your game data stays on your device. The App shows ads through Unity Ads (Unity Technologies), and the advertising service may collect certain data as described below. The puzzles themselves play without a network connection; the network is used only to load the ads. Please read this policy together with the documents linked at the end. 「ギアパズル」（以下、本アプリ）は一人用のパズルゲームです。私たちは本アプリのためのサーバーを一切運用しておらず、利用者の個人情報を収集しません。ゲームデータは端末内に保存されます。本アプリは Unity Technologies が提供する Unity Ads を通じて広告を表示し、その際は広告サービスが以下に記載する一部のデータを収集することがあります。パズル自体はネットワーク接続なしで遊べ、通信は広告の読み込みにのみ使われます。本ポリシーは、末尾にリンクした文書とあわせてお読みください。

This data is kept in the App's own local storage on your device. Deleting the App removes it. The App's language is not stored: it simply follows your device language. これらは端末内の本アプリ専用の保存領域に置かれます。アプリを削除すると消去されます。表示言語は保存しておらず、端末の言語設定にそのまま従います。
The App does not use your location, camera, microphone, motion sensors, contacts, photos, or notifications, and it has no Game Center or other online leaderboards. The App displays ads using Unity Ads, a service operated by Unity Technologies: a small banner at the bottom of the title, level select and play screens, plus one full-screen ad after every third level you clear. There are no rewarded ads. A one-time in-app purchase (“Remove ads”) stops the banner and the full-screen ads; once it is active, no ad is requested and the advertising service below receives nothing from that device. Ads may be personalized based on this data. If you do not allow tracking (see below), you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized. Unity acts as an independent controller of the data it collects for advertising; we do not receive this data. 広告はこれらのデータに基づいてパーソナライズされる場合があります。トラッキングを許可しない場合（下記参照）でも広告は表示されますが、その広告は非パーソナライズ広告になります。広告のために収集されるデータについては Unity が独立した管理者として取り扱い、私たちがそのデータを受け取ることはありません。
On iOS, the App uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. The App will ask for your permission before tracking you or accessing your device's advertising identifier for personalized ads. If you decline, the App still works and you will continue to see ads, but they will be non-personalized. You can change this choice at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. iOS では、本アプリは Apple の App Tracking Transparency の仕組みを使用します。トラッキングや、パーソナライズ広告のための広告識別子へのアクセスを行う前に、許可を求めます。拒否してもアプリは利用でき、引き続き広告は表示されますが、非パーソナライズ広告になります。この選択は iOS の「設定」＞「プライバシーとセキュリティ」＞「トラッキング」でいつでも変更できます。
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App shows ads, we recommend that a guardian supervise younger players. 本アプリは13歳未満（またはお住まいの国で定められる相応の最低年齢未満）の子どもを対象としていません。私たちが子どもの個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。本アプリは広告を表示するため、小さなお子様がご利用になる際は保護者の方の見守りをおすすめします。
None. We operate no server for the App, there are no user accounts, and we do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal information. The only data processing related to the App is performed by Unity Ads for advertising, as described above.
